how
to prepare your
cryotherapy session?
Enjoy the safest, no nitrogen oxygen enriched, whole body cryotherapy in Mauritius.
The first session lasts about 45 mins, where you will establish with the cryotherapist your health assessment, your expectations and she will make sure that there are no contraindications.
The skin remains dry during the treatment, which lasts between 3 and 5 minutes inside the cabin. During the session, you will be dressed in your underwear or swimsuit and equipped with a hat, mask, gloves and socks to protect the extremities.
Subsequent sessions last approximately 15 minutes in total. The number of sessions will depend on your goal. After a session, the cryotherapist ensures that your body temperature returns to normal.
In cryotherapy, it is important to give the body a rhythm so that it gets used to it and can feel the expected results over time.
